3. Delivery.
All orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday ( excluding Bank Holidays ). We aim to despatch all orders within 1 to 3 days. However as with all mail order companies, please allow a little longer for Royal Mail to deliver your order. Therefore please allow 28 days for the delivery of your order. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you Wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Availability of Goods you Order.
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.
5. Returns Policy.
Due to the nature of the products sold we will not accept or open any parcel returned to us which did not have a Returns Authorisation Number where you have described the nature and reason of the return. You can obtain this number and delivery instructions by visiting the contact us link at the top of the Home page. The RAN allows you to return the item and is not a guarantee that we will accept the return. Please see conditions below.
Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.
Any product at all may be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund as long as the product has not been opened.
We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them.
We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging.
Please remember that you have a duty of care with any goods that are in your possession which you intend to return. We therefore recommend that you ensure all returns are made with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged. If an Item is returned for exchange (i.e. a different size) any tags should be left on the item. Failure of this may result in an excess charge being made to cover the repackaging costs and any loss in value of the item.
Please visually check all latex garments, to ensure that they approximate to your size before trying them on, as if they are too small they may split and the garment then becomes non-refundable.
For an exchange or refund, returns should be received by us within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received together with the RAN number mentioned above.
We do not refund original shipping cocts or your return shipping costs.
To cancel an order please email us. It is helpful if you have the order reference. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to charge a £5 administration fee for cancelled orders.
